"This book gives hope to those in the deepest depths of despair. This book of poetry and art can be a quick read or one to ponder over many times. I recommend this book to anyone interested in personal healing and growth or to those who work with individuals that are beginning a pathway of healing."

"Although, I'm not a big fan of spirituality but I enjoyed the few pages of this little book, the poems and black ink drawings are deep and wise. It's that type of books you should read it more than once."

"This is the first book that I received through the Goodreads Giveaways and my first review here on Goodreads.com.Memoirs of a Little Old Man is the type of book that can be interpreted in many ways. What the reader gets out of it may change depending on the mood he or she is in, or what they are looking for. The book is divided into two parts: the "story" part and the "art" part. The story part of the book is written in an imaginative sort of prose, evoking feelings of events without actually physically describing them. It takes you on a brief journey though a man's life - whether this is an unknown narrator or the author's actual life, I do not know. Through the prose, the reader follows the man through childhood, love, marriage, a family, and finally ends with his death. The art part of the book consists of 20 black-and-white ink drawings done by the author. Some of them are simply accompanied by a title, while others contain a small bit of prose. While the drawings, in and of themselves, are quite interesting (a few I wouldn't mind actually have framed and on display), they don't seem to be in any particular order or to follow any one certain train of thought, unlike the first half of the book.

All in all, Memoirs of a Little Old Man is a small, interesting book. It seems to be something very personal and heartfelt to the author. However, it does seem to be of the "new age" mindset, which doesn't exactly "click" with me so I don't believe that I got out of it everything that one might get (or that the author intended). "

"This book of short poems was very easy to read. I felt that some of the meanings popped right out at you. While others required a little time and consideration to absorb. A perfect book to fill in extra time. The poems are short enough to read when you have a few stolen moments throughout your busy day. The art work speaks as much as the words do. I enjoyed reading this collection of poems."
